If you find your arms weak after just climbing, and you've been doing it for a while, focus on using your lower body to support you. For example: in the Simple climb/Russian: instead of pulling up with your arms, hang, and let your body catch up, and then stand on your legs to complete the upward progression. and repeat.
if you can not climb in this position you will have to train more the strength of your arms.
